Nov 26 | Updated to add in Cyber Monday deals
With Black Friday week almost over - the sale runs from November 24th-27th - it's a great time to make sure your cycling wardrobe is ready for the colder months ahead with the last round of Cyber Monday deals. Top of this list is likely to be a pair of warm winter gloves - it's an essential item when the temperatures drop and can really make the difference between enjoying your ride or just suffering through it.
So makes great deep winter cycling gloves? In essence, they need to deliver protection against the cold and the rain without, hopefully, being too bulky. Details to look for include a decent length cuff, some padding on the palm, reflective elements and a soft nose wipe. That said, there will always be some degree of personal preference – hence the plethora of cycling gloves on offer. Some people will prefer a more direct handlebar feel for greatest control, others – with particularly cold hands – will want to double down on insulation and happily bear the sacrifice of a little isolation from the bars.
To dig into the detail all about our best-rated and reviewed gloves, you can visit our cycling gloves buying guide. But if you're looking for a bargain, we've put together a list of the best deals ahead of this Friday.
